Trash removal service is provided weekly, and recycling service bi-weekly.
Each owner is responsible for contracting with and paying FCC Environmental Services directly for their trash and recycling pick up.
Residents must be mindful of the fact that we share our community with wildlife, so trash that contains food waste or other odorous materials must be properly secured within the appropriate FCC Environmental Services receptacle.
On non-collection days trash and recycling bins should be stored in each resident’s garage. FCC Environmental Services receptacles should be put out no earlier that 7:00 PM the night before the scheduled pickup and brought back into the garages as soon as possible once they are empty.
Street parking is discouraged on FCC Environmental Services pickup days to ensure the trucks are able to negotiate and safely back up SSV’s narrow lanes.
